Friday Favorites: Happy March

Happy March, everyone! My favorite month is finally here! March brings warmer weather and longer days of sunshine- two things that make me happy, happy!

Last Sunday was also one of my favorite TV days- The Oscars. I always enjoy watching the Oscars, and it also provides me a long list of movies I need to see considering most of the nominations and winners are movies that I haven't seen or even heard of! Even though it is NOT in fact the Best Picture of the Year, I have big plans this weekend to talk Andrew into watching La La Land with me.

I love watching the red carpet for the Oscars- my girl Giuliana Rancic always brings it. Here are a few of my favorite looks from the night!

This week I did a little bit of painting. It's a stress relief for me. I am by no means an artist, but I do like to add little touches of artwork to go with the season around our house.

Dessert- an every day favorite! The Girl Scouts were out selling cookies last weekend, and I couldn't pass up Samoas. I also made these Toffee Bars that were delicious. Warning- they are VERY rich, but VERY addictive. My mouth is watering thinking about them.

I also worked hard on jewelry. The Instagram page hit 5,000 followers! I am loving making new versions of gold hoops. I also have some exciting new pieces that should hopefully make next weeks post- Stay tuned!
